anyone know a place i can get assessed for oral cancer fast?

it's a six month timeline just to SEE an ENT where i live. i've had growths growing in my mouth for 3 years, and they're unbearably painful now + joined by fatigue and tongue ulcers. i've smoked weed since i was young, and i was bulimic for a decade (stopped 5ish years ago), and my mum has had a similar cancer, which are all risk factors. there are visible growths and ulcers all over my throat and mouth. i have no primary care. i saw a NP today and she didn't take me seriously or refer me anywhere, even though she hardly glanced in my mouth and most of the ulcers and growths are hard to see without manipulating my tongue (i told her that but she didn't care).

so, anyone who knows anything about this broken medical system, how can i get a real doctor who will do the appropriate tests ASAP? willing to travel anywhere in southern ontario, willing to go private. also feel free to dm if you're not comfortable posting your experience publicly.
