Need guidance for my First Whiteboard challenge as a ML PM.

Hi everyone, I’m glad to be finally be at a position to ask this question, because after almost 100‘s of applications being sent, I’m finally in a position where I’m in the last round of my interview as ML PM, which is going to be a whiteboard challenge where they will send me the business case a day prior.

(This is my first ever try to be a PM, I was a ML developer till now, wanna shift to management )

Thus, I have a very strong technical knowledge, I know in depth how the model performs, how to code etc.

My question is is there a template or a pattern to go about this whiteboard challenge as a PM! I’ve searched all over the internet but I can’t find any! Any books to read? I did ask ChatGPT but I don’t really trust it. I was hoping I could find a mock white board challenge as a tech ML PM on YouTube, i couldn’t find it, and since it’s my first interview ever - I really need your help and guidance.
