A colleague got her account banned for doing Wikipedia work on Upwork!

Upwork has banned a colleague for doing Wikipedia work on upwork. Unfortunately an appeal did not work. They are sending warnings even if you apply to Wikipedia jobs.

This all makes no sense because Wikipedia allows paid editing as long as you disclose it. Upwork does not seem to understand this and I have had no luck trying to talk to a decision maker at Upwork. They should not be against doing Wikipedia work and instead monitor to see who is doing undisclosed paid editing.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of a decision maker at Upwork?
