Golden one box office question

I’m wondering if anyone on here knows if you buy tickets for events at the box office if you get reduced fees. I’d rather avoid paying Ticketmaster’s exorbitant fees for tickets. But not sure if buying them in person is better since the G1C is quite some way away from where I live.
