NJ. Owner of vehicle got deported, i’m purchasing it via his girlfriend who has a valid POA, but it needs to be moved ASAP, other than a tow how can I legally move it to where I live?

I'm lost on how I can move the vehicle to my home (2 hours away) without a need for a tow or breaking any laws lol. Unfortunately we dont have time for normal transfer of title and everything to be done via the DMV. Has anyone here been in a similar situation?
