Help needed: looking for a shoulder sleeve that fully locks down my arm

I’m looking for a shoulder sleeve that completely immobilizes my arm. I’ve got severe bone-on-bone shoulder arthritis, and even when I rolled soft I’d still move my arm without thinking and make it worse. I stopped training because of it.

I’m open to any product, not just grappling gear. When I messed up my fingers before, tape and the usual supports didn’t work, so I used a kid-size baseball sliding glove (took out the metal insert) to isolate my hand. I’m hoping there’s something like that for my shoulder.

I need my arm locked in with my elbow against my ribs and my hand over my heart so I don’t flare it out or rotate it.

If you’ve used anything that kept the arm completely still, I’d appreciate the help.
