Rattling spacers on some keys on Raise, can I easily replace these? Suggestions?

Some on the spacers on larger keys (especially enter and right shift keys) are a bit rattling. Not sure if it's always been like that or they got a bit loser over time.

Are these standard parts that I can just replace? If so any suggestions for super smooth and silent ones?
