UCG Ultra - slow port speed

I’ve noticed my internet speeds appear to be capped at around 250Mbps down with a 1Gbps plan. Testing directly off the modem gives the full speed no problem. The UCG ISP speed test is the same. Plugging into any of the 4 ports on the UCG is limiting the speed to around that 250 mark. Tried a couple different Ethernet cables with the same result. Tried turning off intrusion detection, same result. Just updated the firmware, no change. Any ideas?
