Are WW monks like Fury Warriors now?

I remember WW monks used to have a tactician play style where they would do hit-and-run tactics. They wouls go all in when their burst cool down and the try to kite or harass when their burst cool downs aren't up.

Essentially, they lacked sustain DPS and go in when they have their burst cool downs up.

Now, it seems like they have sustain and burst. So I am assuming they play like fury warriors now?
