Pc worth

Im wondering what it is worth and if i should upgrade or just buy a new one.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: Msi geforce gtx 1660 super OC

Ram: Corsair vengance ddr4 3200mhz 16gb

Motherboard: Asus ROG-strix b450-f, am4

PSU: Corsair TX650M 80 plus gold

SSD: 250GB Kingston A2000

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Case: Corsair carbide spec delta rgb 3x120mm

What im really interested in is knowing if i should upgrade, i was thinking a AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WIFI with Kingston FURY beast rgb DDR5 5600MHz 32GB or ill send the link to the pc, its in another language, but translate will probably work

If i were to upgrade i were maybe thinking a 5060 ti or a 5070, but will they fit my case nad is my PSU enough watt to handle these components
