Pattern management help

My pattern management skills are abysmal. I draw my own, and lose them all the time.

Is there a good way to keep and organize home grown patterns, or pattern versions?

If you have a video reference or system… I’m open to anything. Mine is a mess I need to start managing- but I honestly don’t have a ton of space or any idea where to start. I kinda want a 2-3x sized binder but haven’t seen what I was looking for.
