Should I continue hoping or just live on with my life?

I’ve had a crush on this girl in my class since last year, we laugh and share small talks during class, we never talked about anything other than “study”, but last week, something that is “strange” to me You see she didn’t come to school for like the first two weeks, then she randomly showed up. And she’s friends with this girl that “mostly” never misses a class, always take notes and try to understand everything. But later on, she randomly texted me saying if i can help her with our study, i happily accepted and helped her through it, but what was strange to me is about her is that she could’ve asked her friend? And the things we learned weren’t even “hard” or needed to be explained, it was a very simple things. I tried to talk to her about some other things aside from studying, but she seemed in a rush so i didnt push it more. The next day, she walk in and sits infront of me, we were silent most of the time But she randomly started looking back at me and we talked about how much our class is annoying and stuff. And she talked about how far her home is from where the school is, i was mostly listening. I cant understand her, one time she seems interested and other time she seems like she doesn’t care at all. Today, she asked me to send her some things about school I did And then a few hours later she posted 2 stories with one of them having a sound that says something among the lines of “its hard to be alone” and blah blah I liked it, said nothing Then she deleted it and kept the other one Im so confused
