visiting in laws- MIL drama

We are visiting my in laws for the holidays. My MIL has historically been a drama starter, self centered and has caused many rifts between me and my husband. I only visit for my husband's sake. He loves visiting his hometown.

This year we are traveling with our 6 mon old. She keeps asking us to do activities that are not possible with a baby. Think concerts, late night dinners that require longer car rides. When we told her that's not possible she suggests one of us (me) stay home.

My blood is already boiling - idk how to handle
