Help: tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus

Lifted heavy objects and now have had pain for a month that’s getting worse. The below description is from my MRI..

Full Description: tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus extending to the posterior meniscocapsular region.

What could this mean for me? I just got an mri and won’t hear back until next week. I don’t want to google and potentially scare myself lol.
