This pain

I can’t deal with this pain it just gets worse every day and I can’t feel anything at all. I have zero emotions and I can’t feel love or happiness or joy or anything. I’m an empty vessel. Desolate. All I do is take medicine to calm down and sit in agony 24/7. Can anyone relate?
