Clinic lies about having LVTs

I just left a very toxic clinic. Not a single “tech” is an actual LVT. And no, they don’t call them “vet assistants”. They full on call their uneducated and unlicensed workers “techs.” Owners frequently make “tech” appointments without knowing this person has no qualifications. This has always bothered me, as I know how hard LVT’s work to earn their title. Is there anywhere I can report this? Or is it commonplace?
