H4ck3d by R0b3rt still broken?

I really want to get plat on this game and just wanted to make a one-source for everything currently known and what's been tried for this achievement in case we're all missing something. I've seen a few people claim to have gotten it but it may have been done ranomly or with SAM as no information they've provided has proven effective.

Just for a list of things that have been tried, all of which I've personally attempted with no luck:

-Doing every possible hacking mission across playthroughs (doing the phenomaman, coupe, sonar, AND waterboy locator missions in Ep 8); yes- this is being aware of the late Mindfucker mission and missables like Flambae sensory deprivation.
-Perfecting every hacking mission in a single playthrough (no timeouts, redos, or getting touched by an anti-virus) and without having to restart a save point (yes, if I got touched by an anti-virus I restarted from chapter 1...)
-No unlimited attempts on

If anyone has a comprehensive list of all the hacking missions that would be helpful to have here too.

I'd like to imagine that AdHoc wasn't intending to make this one that difficult/precise and that they'll get around to whatever is making it near impossible save for randomly bypassing a bug or cheating, but maybe we're just missing something.
