How are you going to therapy?

I think I need to go back to therapy. But I don't have anyone to watch my child. My mom can watch her if I do a video session in another room, but I don't feel comfortable leaving the house - my mom has some health issues.

I keep putting off therapy because I don't know how to actually do it with a toddler.
