First J-Knife.

Hello everyone. I would like to start by thanking this community for being -as a lurker- awesome.

Time has come for me to join you, and I am looking for my first purchase. However, as much as read, I would like some feedback on what your knife of choice would be. I will try to narrow it down as much as possible by criterion and see what comes from it.

Type : Gyuto / Santoku Duty : No professional use Steel : Stainless / Low Maintenance Carbon (first buy) Handle : Japanese / No oval. WWIC (What will It Cut) : Veggiez, some chicken.

Budget : Up to 250 freedom $. 230€.

Aesthetics : Least important point.
