Transferring failed between Android phones

Hello, I have an Honor phone and a Xiaomi phone, and I’ve been trying to transfer chats from my old Honor to the new Xiaomi. The process reaches 99% and then gets stuck. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the new phone, but it still doesn’t work.

Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Thanks everyone!
