Diagnosis update

So, I already get PIP on lower rates for both daily living and mobility. I’ve gone back to the doctors yesterday and they’ve told me my actual diagnosis of what is wrong with my knee. Should I update PIP helpline about my new diagnosis as previous I had written down I had chronic knee pain as this is what the gp had also put. But now it’s actually got a name, idk if it’ll be better to update them now on it or not or await when my review comes through which shouldn’t be till September 2027.

So basically just want to know, should I call them regarding the official diagnosis?
