Is it just me, or is putting “Erase Disk” right under “Eject” in macOS a UI disaster?

On the right-click (contextual) menu for external drives, Apple has placed ERASE DISK immediately below EJECT DISK.

I eject disks all the time. I erase disks maybe once a year, etc and always intentionally, in Disk Utility, with full attention.

What the heck?
