[Misc] How significant is the percentage %0.0005 of topical steroids?

I bought a local eczema treatment off of instagram with overwhelming good reviews, and it's advertised as "natural with no steroids".

But when I texted the owner, they said the percentage of steroid in the product is only %0.0005 and that "it's practically nothing".

So I want to ask, is it really that insignificant? I don't have an allergy to steroids but I don't like using them because of the side effects; particularly skin thinning.
