Buying CC Pro in US and using it abroad

Hi, I'm currently living in the US and I saw that there is the Black Friday offer for Creative Cloud Pro student version . But in few months I'll move to France and so, I was wondering, if I buy now CC Pro monthly subscription in dollar (way cheaper than in euro), can I keep using it when I'll be in France? Thanks
