New to this - "booking confirmations" and advice for disabled clients?

So I've just created an AD yesterday and have my first official booking which is with a disabled client.

I have three questions:

1. I want to do a standard "booking confirmation" text clarifying the deal: the money, the time, the place and then a standard reminder of: hygiene, remember i dont do without condom etc. Is that normal? Or is it too much?

2. Do you guys text the clients on the day/the day of to confirm the booking is still on?

3. Do you have any advice for disabled clients? He has ALS and is in a wheelchair.

Also I have experience with sugar dating which is SW but not this way, so any advice as to how to proceed with bookings and just the general administrative part of it would be appreciated.
