Questions about taxes because life doesn’t set you up with answers.

Hi! I’m new to this group. I made two payments towards my taxes and couldn’t afford the payments after and I forgot about it. It’s been 5 months and I have no clue what to do. Am I going to jail? My school never taught us about taxes and i dont have a present parent figure so im so lost.
