Unpopular opinion (?) : Jenny screwed up a good thing when she quit Eleanor's in s2 (and went with Agnes)

Rewatching s2 and honestly being home schooled and working for Eleanor was the opportunity of a life time for Jenny, she shouldn't have thrown it all away on a whim because Eleanor wasn't giving her credit. Was it discouraging for her that Eleanor refused to give her credit and let her meet designers, yes of course but I feel like that was just Jenny paying her dues, I feel like that's just how it is when you're just starting out and working for a big name brand like Eleanor Waldorf Designs. The same thing would've happened in any other internship, Jenny was just an intern nobody she wasn't a famous designer yet, it doesn't happen overnight. It takes a while to start to matter and to me it's kind of normal that Eleanor took advantage of it when she could (I don't agree with it morally but it makes sense for the business). At the very least Jenny could've talked about it to Rufus before quitting, maybe he wasn't a huge success but he did understand the creative industry better than Jenny did and he probably would've told her to wait it out, pay her dues and be patient. Jenny herself regretted this decision later on, she admits she was immature and impatient as well
