Feeling stuck because I want to start too many side projects/side hustles at once

Hi, I’m a French student in digital marketing and international business and it's been about a few years now that I'm trying learn, build and create something online to make some money, but I think my biggest problem is that I love learning new skills and not really putting in the work to really gain something from and then switch to something else.

Here’s what I keep switching between:

- Day trading and investing in futures, crypto, memecoins and just overall financial education,
- Launching a digital product (I bought DWA and learned the basics, it's a digital product that you can also resell),
- Starting UGC,
- Clipping content on Whop or even creating a full clipping/editing agency,
- Building an AI automation agency,
- Making viral short and long form content with AI on socials like Youtube, Insta and Tiktok,
- Doing closing and sales,
- Creating a personal brand around personal development and self-improvement (mind, body, financialy, and creatively, I play the drums)

So yea there's a bit of everything and every time I start something, I feel like I should be doing the other thing instead.
So I end up freezing and doing nothing, or just swithcing to something else completely.

If anyone has experienced or lived something similar:
How did you choose and do your first project ?
Should I pick one and stick to it for 90 days, or try multiple but in small doses maybe ?
What’s the best long-term strategy when you’re young, still learning and also being a student at the same time ?

Any advice would honestly help a lot. Thanks !
