NSFWAdvice Needed

Hiii, I think I may be a trans man, but the whole self discovery process is confusing as hell. My therapist is awesome and she’s actually married to a trans man. She recommended I talk to trans men for advice.

My signs: I referred to myself as a boy as a kid (like damn, that one’s a little on the nose). Nobody ever corrected or shamed me because we didn’t have the trans panic to the current degree. I hated girl clothes or be categorized into girl groups. Though it’s hard to parse out what was trans and what was internalized misogyny. Like always feeling like I was one of the guys, but not sure if that was 100percent pick me or just more so where I felt I belonged.

I can’t remember if I’ve always been uncomfy with my boobs, but when I started birth control, they grew a cup size and I’ve always been uncomfortable with that (though sex partners love it). I prefer them smaller on me, mayyyyybe not at all? Piercing helped me accept the boobs more, but I still feel like weird. Though, i feel better when my weight is lower, so it could be body dysmorphia of the internalized fat phobia variety (grew up in an ED house). I love fat ppl and find them attractive for what it’s worth. Still working on being comfortable in my own skin at times.

The other sign is more sexual. I find it easier to get off if I imagine I have a dick.

Idk, maybe these signs are obvious, but I find it confusing. Book recs, words of advice. Anything is welcome
