Should I first pass hild 7B and psyc 60 or MGT 16 and psyc 60

Having trouble deciding between these two classes for my first pass (I am a freshman). Not sure if MGT 16 tends to fill up quickly as I see the majority of the seats are still open? It is required for my minor so if it fills up fast I will have to first pass it, if not I want to prioritize getting an easy GE course like HILD 7b. If anyone has insight or advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
