How to unfreeze screen during sentinel battle?

My screen likes freezing (with the game still running in background) during both abandoned freighters and sentinel freighters warping in to battle. Interestingly, I never had this problem with any other freighter battle encounter after warping.

I don't have a lot of time to play and I just want the carrier AI fragment that will help me find sentinel interceptors quickly. I wish I could play the game normally, but it's impossible with these freezes. If I could just get a hold of one I'm fully willing to use a duplication glitch at this point, but I can't get even one...

I know I can go the long route and get the echoes from the planet miner thingies but I don't have a lot of time and it's very time consuming (especially given that I'm hunting for an S class).

I don't want to give up sentinel hunting just because of the screen freezes. I tried binding my keys to change the perspective but it doesn't get me out of it as I've seen some people online suggest. I put all settings down to a minimum and I also try to capture photos just before the sentinel battle. Just once, I managed to get one to actually spawn but it only took 10s for the screen to freeze again. This is a very infuriating problem.

Could anyone alternatively give me one carrier AI fragment? I'd much appreciate it. I'm playing right now.
