1-2 month long rent

Hey!

What are the best budget wise options to rent a room/studio for 1 month in Ljubljana? Mid December to mid January seems to be mission impossible, especially when done from abroad. Hotels and hostels are out of question. Isn't there a short term apartment rentals besides Booking and Airbnb? I want to have a kitchen and feel safe. Female, 40, coming from the north Europe.
