Pomegranate plateau

I've been on tirz since end of may and had great results, I've used Lavender Sky Health, Anava and Good Life meds, started using Pomegranate Health about a month and half ago and been stuck and lost no weight since, my dose increased and still nothing. Anyone had this issue? Also any recommendations for either pure Tirz or not for a good price because Lavender, GoodLife and Anava all are high ( at least for me). Any companies that don't change prices depending on dosage?
