I smell

F Lately I've noticed I smell no matter what. I take my hygiene very seriously I wear deodorant, wash my hair, take daily showers. I notice everytime im somewhere I get this scent of urine or fart that comes and goes. Others around me seem to notice it too since they always make a comment about a smell. I feel so embarrassed about it, I isolate myself and can never get anything important done. When I do go out and come back home I notice my room has the same smell but I can never find where it's coming from. Usually when I'm home I never notice it. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?
