Portable Mapping / Crow Quill?

Maybe its a stupid question, but does someone make a mapping / crow quill pen that has a cap and body style similar to a conventional fountain pen?

I write, draw, ink with the smaller nib format... and wanted something pocketable.

Any ideas appreciated.
