Question about Bug with Shortcuts on MacoS and Location

This might be a simple question, but with Shortcuts automations now available, I’ve been trying to run a daily automation in macOS. Every time I run it, though, the Shortcut I’m using needs access to location data. Since day one, macOS has claimed it can’t retrieve location data — even though the Shortcut has permission. Interestingly, I’ve never had this issue when running the same Shortcut on iPadOS. However, when I tried to enable the same automation for the same Shortcut in iPadOS, it never actually ran the Shortcut — it just notified me that it had run.

Any thoughts?
