Job offer big 4 25-30k

Hi everyone, I currently work at a big 4 in UK and have been offered a job in the UAE branch. I’ve been offered a manager position which is what I’m on at the moment, the UAE firm is quite heavy on recruiting me, has gaps in the team and needs the resource/experience I bring.

They’ve offered me 27,000 AED monthly for the role all in, including salary accommodation and transport. Included is annual return visit and relocation allowance etc

My question is, is this a reasonable amount to live on in the UAE, I have one small child. I would like to counter as I was expecting around 35,000 AED. Any thoughts or insights appreciated.

This is a genuine question, I’m quite comfortable in the UK at the moment and the move would have to be financially viable for me to consider.
