epix Pro Gen 2 42mm vs Forerunner 265s

Looking for a new watch for my SO who has smaller wrists. Saw today that Garmin has discounted these models quite a bit so debating if it's better to get the epix Pro here (which is also what I have) or the Forerunner. I think the major differences are the sapphire glass and the heart rate sensors to me. She is coming from an Apple Watch and I do think comfort is a priority here.
