Widgets won't show

So whenever I start a new character and in the alternate start cell, my widgets for mods like loot and degradation and sunhelm won't show up when I activated them. Sometimes they would actually show up but most of the time they won't. I can't seem to know what the problem even is but if anyone knows something would appreciate it.
