STUPID SPAM CALLS!!!!

Hello everybody, I have been receiving phone calls, some of which say the location as if it was legimate. When I answer it, It's an AI voice saying that I am qualified for medicare. When I proceed, there's an Indian or foreign voice on the other line and I just hang up. I suspect this is a spam risk call.

Also, these calls persist, no matter what I do.

For example, I may get a number from Killeen, Waco, Temple, etc. then when I go to answer the call thinking it's legitimate, there's some robocall voice. If I let it go and return the missed call, it's somebody else. It's getting really annoying, and I'm sick and tired of it. Also, it doesn't matter if I block the number. Sometimes it will say spam risk on my caller ID so I know not to answer it. It's really annoying and stupid!
