Stunning scene in episode 03

I really would like to know more about that one special scene in episode 3.

!The scene in the flashback with Carol and Helen at the Ice Hotel 7-8 years prior to the current events. The scene was incredibly stunning. I've played the scene several times to go over the nuance and details of how the set was built, what the ice blocks are made of, the sculptures on the walls, etc. I mean, this is phenomenal, detailed work.!<

I read the scene was shot in the Canary Islands. If anyone has heard more details on this scene, I would love a link to it. The scene deserves a standalone video on how it was built.
