I Fear my Lodge may Go Dark in a Few Years, Need Advice

I'm a newly minted MM, as of a few months ago. I love my home lodge, but it's ailing... We have about 30 members, but only about 5-6 are reliable. The rest come and go.

We are a good mix of very retired brothers and folks in their late 30's to mid 40's. We do get new people, but most don't make it to MM and those that do tend to be inconsistent in their attendance.

As a consequence, there isn't a steady stream of people progressing towards the East. Rather, the oldest members of the lodge play musical chairs in leadership positions in-spite of very much wanting to have fresh blood in those roles. That can't go on forever. Eventually those brothers will be gathered to that Great Lodge in Florida err... in the Sky, and we'll be in serious trouble.

Can anyone here offer advice? Thanks!
