Komikku Issue: Library Updates Not Working

I recently migrated my manga library from Kotatsu to Komikku following the former's shutdown. I noticed it's having issues updating the entries. I copied the manga library to Aniyomi and that works fine, but when I try to update my entire library in Komikku, there's usually at least 5 entries that throw an error. Going into each one and manually updating each one works just fine, so I don't know why it's not working with the automatic errors. I've turned off all of the Smart Update options and that didn't help either.

I also noticed that, despite being set to automatically update every 12 hours, it doesn't update until I manually trigger a library update. Again, Aniyomi with the same settings (as far as I can tell) works just fine.
