Overnight Stocking Drama…RANT/Advice?

Its a lot so if you don’t wanna read all this imma get to the point. I just started last week and I feel like I’m being walked over and I’m getting badly talked about already. Do I need to say something to management or just bite my tongue? I started working at Walmart on overnight stocking last week. I really enjoy the job..I just don’t enjoy some of the people. Especially this one lady I started getting put with in pharmacy. My nights are a whole lot better when I’m out somewhere else. Last week was okay. This week was even worse. Whole reason I got put in that department was because of the drama, they had to move ladies out of that department because there is a talking about bad each other issue. We’re all too grown for that. I’m 18 and I know better. TODAY, marks my one week of fully working. I was assigned on both departments pharmacy and personal care. I start my totes on personal, the lady came up to me and started pretty much bossing me around. Last week, it was nothing but me doing almost all her work. TODAY…after I did my personal care totes she told me to start the pharmacy totes (she always wants people to do pharmacy first cause that’s were she is assigned nightly = less work for her). She was working on the pharmacy pallet. I had 3 totes left out of 8. She started the last tote cart, she had all 8 totes..she comes up to me and says ”they told me to tell you to work on the pallet”, weird cause no management has been by. Whatever. I start working on the pallet and she stops doing her tote cart and starts working on mine and was on the phone and just scrolling on her phone. Again, whatever. THEN, at break she comes in the break room and she actively talks shit about me saying how im not done with the pallet and then turns around and saw me and starts whispering. I was actually pissed at that point because the pallet ain’t done because she wasn’t working on it. Like I am seriously busting my ass every night I’m over there while she slowly walks around..crazy I had more boxes in my singular cart then both of them combined. I don’t know if I should talk to management about it because I’m new or just deal with it. I know there is gonna be someone talking everywhere you go but that department has a history of issues and I’m not trying to involve myself with that. I feel like since I’m new I can’t really speak up. There‘s a lot more all that was just from tonight..Wenesday night (my 4th night) I was in cosmetics, straight across from pharmacy. As soon as we get done, she instantly bosses us around to go help her in her department. My lead manager didn’t even know I was over there. He wanted me to go to the home department but saw how much stuff was on the cart they gave me so he let me stay over there. He told all of us when we’re done with the department to go to the home department. The 2 ladies in that area gave me a top stock cart FILLED top, middle, bottom STACKED with boxes. She said once I get done with that cart to help them with the pallet. When I went on meal and came back more boxes were on my cart (that weren’t even in my isles, it was their isles) Then they finished the pallet (wasn’t that much) since I had so many boxes I wasn’t finished with the cart that was FULL to the brim. They both just left me in their department with a cart full of stuff while they went to home department, it wasn’t even my department why was I left with their stuff, no help? Im not even gonna get started on after I was finished and went to homes. Anything they didn’t want to do, they made me do to put it short. I just feel so ran over when I’m over in that area. Everywhere else I have a good time. If you read all this seriously thank you. It‘s a lot, but I don’t know what to do or talk to about it to. I just need advice if this is normal or if it’s something I should bring up to a manager.
