200mg Zoloft to lexapro

Hi everyone, I’ve been on 200 mg of Zoloft for years now. Even through pregnancy. But it’s no longer working and I have a lot of other chronic health issues. I also have ocd and I am terrified of serotonin syndrome which has reared its ugly head now that my doctor is having me switch to lexapro (understandably so). I did a day of 200mg Zoloft and 5 mg lexapro and I could not sleep and my physical anxiety is so intense. I also have extreme nausea and diarrhea. I usually take trazodone to sleep due to how bad my anxiety has been but I didnt last night because I was afraid of serotonin syndrome. Tonight the plan is to do 150mg Zoloft and 2.5 mg lexapro and I’m scared of withdrawal now. It’s just hard to get through the day. I don’t know how people get through these drug changes. It might be why I stayed on Zoloft for so long. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
