Error when Trying to Contact Support

I just got off the waitlist and tried to sign up today. However, I moved countries this year and do not have an ID for the new country yet. I want to contact support and make sure that I can still sign up when I get the new ID. But when clicking on "contact support", I get a redirection error ("too many redirects"). I tried on both Firefox and Chrome and am getting the same error. Is anyone else getting this error? Should I just wait and try again later? I've been on the waitlist for so long that I don't want anything to go wrong.
