I’ve been talking to a bunch of buyers and site-visiting multiple projects in North Bangalore (Hebbal / Thanisandra / Jakkur / Hennur side), and the price variations are honestly confusing. Some projects are quoting too high for what they offer… Others look decent but are barely visible anywhere online. For people who are seriously looking to buy in the next 1–3 months, can you please guide on the budget range for 2 BHK / 3 BHK apartments near Hebbal / Manyata / Jakkur.
