M26 with ME/CFS: Could i develop physical depandance after taking 1mg lorazepam 5 times in 2 weeks?

I took lorazepam:

Could I take it once more without physical dependence? Unfortunately I have me CFS and I'm currently in a crash of which sleep problems are part of but also worsening everything.

But i am scared that taking it on and off like this is worse than if I had taken it for five days straight in a row. Like is it worse to take lorazepam 5 times in a row or, say, 5 times within two weeks? Less ignorance would really help me.

Should i not risk it? My doctor is on vacation and my pharmacist didnt know. Appreciate any Input.
