I need help with some troubleshooting, any advice would be appreciated

So I use two different Discord accounts, one logged in from my Xbox and one from my laptop. I have been doing this for about a year, so that I can be on camera with my girlfriend from my laptop and be able to use my xbox for voice. This has been working with no issue until yesterday, and now whenever I have both accounts in a vc, no one can see my camera feed, but as soon as I remove my xbox account from the call, they can see it. I don't understand why it suddenly won't work. I've been using this work around for a long while with no issues. [Since I can't use a webcam from my xbox, if I could I would only have the one discord account. Is there some reason why this work around suddenly doesn't work? Can I fix it? Or has Discord suddenly decided to be upset over multiple accounts per user?
