I just got a really bad feeling but i dont know why

I was stalking my ex boyfriends reposts and he reposted some stuff that seems funny and lighthearted but it actually made me kinda worry about him. I was thinking of maybe texting him and seeing if hes okay but i got this really bad feeling like im gonna be sick and I want to cry. I dont know if its because im getting a sign that something is wrong or if im getting a sign that i shouldn’t reach out.
